TubeLingo keeps pricing simple: two subscription terms and one lifetime plan. Refund rules need to be equally clear, especially for PayPal-based billing.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Access remains active until the current billing period ends, and renewal is stopped for the next cycle.
Refund requests for accidental duplicate charges or technical issues should be reviewed against account and payment history once backend billing pages are live.
Lifetime plan
Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that unlock current and future premium features covered by the TubeLingo roadmap.
If the purchase cannot be fulfilled due to a verified technical or billing error, the issue should be resolved first. If not possible, a refund can be processed through PayPal.

Support contact details should be published before launch together with production payment IDs and account tooling.
Include the Google email tied to your TubeLingo account and the PayPal transaction reference when asking for billing help.
